ChecklistPRO in SOW
For ChecklistPRO customers, we built this update set to plug our ChecklistPRO custom component into the Service Operation Workspace.
One no-code checklist configuration works across all ServiceNow UIs:
Classic UI16 Forms (using our Jelly-based Formatter)
Employee Center and Service Portal (using our AngularJS-based Widgets)
Workspace Experiences, including Service Operation Workspace (using our custom web component)
Simply install this update set and then your team using SOW can also access any ChecklistPRO checklist that appear on tables found in the Service Operation Workspace, including Interactions, Requests, Catalog Tasks, Alerts, Universal Requests, Incidents, Major Incidents, Problems, Changes, Tasks, Approvals, Knowledge tables!
