3.1 User Content: Users who upload content retain ownership of their intellectual property rights. By uploading content, you grant OnlyFlows a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content.

3.2 Downloaded Content: When you download content from the Platform, you receive a license to use that content in accordance with the terms specified by the content creator. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of downloaded content.

4.1 Creator Obligations: By uploading content to OnlyFlows, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload and distribute the content
• Your content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights
• Your content is accurate, functional, and described truthfully in all metadata and descriptions
• You have tested your content and verified it works as intended in ServiceNow environments
• Your content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ServiceNow's terms of service

4.2 Content Licensing: When you upload content for distribution, you grant end users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your content in their ServiceNow instances. The specific terms of this license (personal use, commercial use, modification rights) may be defined by you at the time of upload, subject to OnlyFlows' approval.

4.3 Revenue Sharing: For paid content, creators acknowledge and agree to OnlyFlows' revenue sharing model, whereby the platform retains a service fee (currently 12% plus applicable payment processing fees) from each sale. The remaining revenue is distributed to the content creator's connected Stripe account. Revenue sharing percentages are subject to change with reasonable notice to creators.

4.4 Content Support: Creators are encouraged, but not required, to provide reasonable support and updates for their published content. OnlyFlows is not responsible for providing technical support for creator-uploaded content.

5.1 Strict Prohibition: The following types of content are strictly prohibited on OnlyFlows:

• Malicious code, viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, or any harmful software
• Content designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to ServiceNow instances or systems
• Content containing hidden backdoors, undocumented functionality, or data exfiltration mechanisms
• Scripts or flows that intentionally delete, corrupt, or modify data without explicit user authorization
• Content that attempts to bypass ServiceNow security controls or access control lists (ACLs)
• Content that harvests, collects, or transmits sensitive data without proper authorization and disclosure
• Content that violates privacy laws, export controls, or other applicable regulations
• Content that infringes upon intellectual property rights of ServiceNow or third parties

5.2 Right to Remove: OnlyFlows reserves the absolute right to remove any content, without prior notice, that is suspected of containing malicious code, violating these terms, or posing a risk to users or their ServiceNow instances. Such removal may occur at any time, including after initial approval.

5.3 Account Consequences: Uploading prohibited or malicious content may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of any pending payments, and potential legal action.

6.1 Platform Review Process: OnlyFlows conducts a review process for uploaded content to check for obvious violations of these terms, basic functionality, and general quality standards. However, this review is limited in scope and does not constitute a comprehensive security audit, code review, or certification of safety or fitness for any particular purpose.

6.2 User Due Diligence: USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING, TESTING, AND VALIDATING ALL CONTENT BEFORE DEPLOYING IT IN THEIR SERVICENOW INSTANCES. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will thoroughly review all code, scripts, and configurations before implementation
• You will test content in non-production, sandbox, or development environments first
• You will assess the content's compatibility with your specific ServiceNow version and configuration
• You are responsible for backing up your data before installing or running any downloaded content
• You assume all risks associated with using third-party content in your environment

6.3 No Guarantees: OnlyFlows' review and approval of content does not guarantee its safety, functionality, performance, or suitability for your needs. The platform's review process is intended to filter obvious violations but cannot detect all potential issues, security vulnerabilities, or compatibility problems.

6.4 Recommendation: OnlyFlows strongly recommends that all users implement a thorough testing and validation process, including: (1) reviewing source code and configurations, (2) testing in isolated environments, (3) performing security assessments for sensitive implementations, and (4) following ServiceNow best practices for change management.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OnlyFlows does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Third-Party Content: Downloaded content is provided by third-party creators, and OnlyFlows makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its quality, functionality, safety, security, or fitness for any particular purpose. OnlyFlows specifically disclaims any warranties that third-party content is free from defects, errors, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful components.

ServiceNow Compatibility: OnlyFlows does not guarantee that any content will be compatible with your specific ServiceNow instance, version, configuration, or use case. Users are solely responsible for determining compatibility and suitability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OnlyFlows SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Content-Related Damages: OnlyFlows SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any damages, losses, or harm caused by third-party content, including but not limited to: data loss or corruption, system downtime, security breaches, unauthorized access, business interruption, or damage to ServiceNow instances or related systems. This limitation applies regardless of whether OnlyFlows was advised of the possibility of such damages.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OnlyFlows' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO OnlyFlows IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnlyFlows, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Platform or any downloaded content
• Your violation of these terms or any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Content you upload to the Platform, including any claims that your content causes harm, infringes rights, or violates laws
• Any damages caused by content you created and distributed through the Platform

Creator Indemnification: If you upload content to OnlyFlows, you specifically agree to indemnify OnlyFlows from any claims arising from users' deployment or use of your content, including claims for damages to ServiceNow instances, data loss, security breaches, or business interruption caused by your content.
